About Me
I created PPF while earning my Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Winnipeg in 2021, with the goal of helping people gain confidence through effective programming.
I’ve worked with everyone from high-performance athletes to parents trying to regain a healthy lifestyle; from university students to those who are retired and looking to stay in shape; from experienced gym-goers to individuals who have never touched a weight.
I take pride in my ability to adjust to my clientele’s individual needs and I’m confident I can do the same for you. I can’t wait to be your personal trainer and help you realize your goals.
